Unqualified Applications:

Certain categories of applicants are ineligible for the ABTC. These include:
Blacklisted individuals with prior immigration or criminal offenses.
Spouses and children of ABTC applicants, as the card is exclusively for the applicant's professional use.
Enterprise companies and their representatives, as the ABTC is designed for individual business travelers.
Individuals participating in working holidays or seeking leisure travel opportunities.
Malaysian citizens who have permanently relocated to another country and no longer hold Malaysian residency.
